  • Manage P&L for all retail stores
  • Ensure the successful implementation of all initiatives to stores
  • Establish and maintain sales floor coverage model and labor scheduling to optimize efficiency and profitability of work force
  • Oversee all retail employee incentive programs, with objectives aligned to the company’s go-to-market strategy
  • Optimize non-sales operations across all stores, including warehouse and inventory management, customer service and repair services, and ship from store
  • Coordinate with digital marketing and e-commerce functions to ensure a seamless omni-channel experience
  • Collaborate with product management, consumer credit, marketing, and operations to ensure in-store experience meets or exceeds customer expectations
  • Oversee training program for store employees on products, services and sales techniques and ensure informed, knowledgeable sales force
  • Develop and execute all retail leadership programs
  • Manage communications and directives to district managers and store managers from corporate
  • Participate in cross-functional task forces and projects in other areas of the business, as needed
  • Travel to stores across Southern California, Arizona, and Nevada, as needed
