Better Baseball was formed in the late 90's to provide the Atlanta area a much needed source for high end baseball and softball equipment.
Initially the position will begin with training on the sales floor at our flagship location in Marietta, Georgia. Better Baseball’s Sales Representatives are required to be experts in over 5,000 different baseball/softball products and the fastest way to learn is through hands on experience. Once you have illustrated competency in the retail sector we will begin training you on the products Better Baseball manufactures. It is management’s hope that the next addition to the Better Baseball team will be able to successfully complete the sale of a turnkey training facility buildout. There projects can range from $30,000 to $90,000 per conversion in revenue for Better Baseball, and are a huge factor contributing to our continued dominance in the sporting goods industry. Our Sales Representative will need to be able to understand the customer’s needs, design the appropriate facility layout, and act as the project manager during installation.

Professional written and verbal communicator. Our customer has become used to a first class retail experience. Furthermore, as stated above, a facility deal can reach nearly six figures.
Love of baseball/softball
High School or collegiate experience playing or coaching baseball/softball.
Two years of sales experience.
