Personal Assistant to CEO

Ciralight Global, Inc. is the publicly-traded manufacturer of the SunTracker™ -- an off-the-grid solar-tracking skylight that lights the interior of buildings for 10+ hours of the day.

This position would be my personal assistant as the CEO of the company as well as help me with my personal projects. Responsibilities include setting up appointments, bookkeeping with Quicken and Quickbooks, filing, banking, helping with errands, processing orders, customer correspondence, keeping me organized. Great opportunity for semi-retired person who is looking to keep busy, or young college age person looking to have a front row seat where they can learn a lot about business. You will be exposed to and learn a lot. Must be dependable, quick learner, detail oriented, humble, open to learning, have some bookkeeping knowledge or experience, have some experience doing administrative work. Hours are flexible, starting at 20-30 hours per week. Pay rate and hours will grow as we work together. Starting pay rate will be in line with your skill set. This position works from my home office in Coto De Caza.
