MainStreet America, the nation’s first home and home product theme park, has a part-time Guest Services position available. This position demands exceptional customer service abilities with strong, articulate communication skills.
Skills & Responsibilities
- Selling memberships and admission tickets to the Park.
- Cash-handling experience.
- Knowledge of the Park and all other companies at MainStreet America.
- Experience with public speaking.
- Interaction with technology.
- Ability to multi-task
- Must be organized, professional, accurate and cooperative.
- Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and some holidays.
- Bilingual a plus. One year customer service experience preferred, not required
