What You’ll Take Ownership Of:

  •    Providing support to sales representatives through responding to customer and product queries
  •    Creating and maintaining excellent customer relationships and ensuring a smooth sales process for the sales team
  •    Greeting and welcoming customers
  •    Assisting sales staff in directing, assisting, engaging, and qualifying customers in store.
  •    Answering and facilitating incoming calls and internet leads
  •    Entering and updating sales orders
  •    Obtaining freight and shipping quotes
  •    Registering products for warranty
  •    Requesting service work to be performed
  •    Processing financing for new and used equipment
  •    Adding and updating information for various websites
  •    Various administrative duties; including organizing payments, distributing mail, maintaining office supply levels, completing MSO’s for products, and other duties as assigned
  •    Performing related tasks as assigned

Need-To-Haves: 

  •    Excellent customer-service and communication skills
  •    Strong technology aptitude, including proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
  •    Understanding of sales principles
  •    Analytical and multi-tasking strengths 

Skills and Experience Preferred: 

  •    Previous sales experience
  •    Recent Edgenet experience
  •    Knowledge of equipment
