Data Analyst (Marketing)

  • Independently work on a variety of Growth analytics projects delivering insights that help improve the customer facing product and/or Marketing Channel performance
  • Proactively identify business improvement opportunities through analysis
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering and Data Science on identifying the right measurements and metrics
  • Leverage data to understand paid marketing channel performance in depth, identify areas of growth and support channel managers to implement changes for growth
  • Extract and analyze data to interpret impact of tests on marketing performance (e.g. cost per acquisition, customer lifetime value)
  • Provide analytical framework and support to evaluate brand and offline store marketing performance
  • Work closely with Data Scientists and Engineering to enhance our Ad Technology to optimize campaigns
  • Document key findings for growth opportunities
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses on key areas of the business



  • B.A/B.S with 3+ years of work experience in analytics, performance marketing, e-commerce, or other quantitative/data-driven fields.
  • Strong MS Excel and SQL skills required. Knowledge in R/Python a plus. Experience with Looker a plus
  • High level of curiosity in solving complex business problems
  • Passion for delivering actionable insights

  • Strong critical thinking and project management skills
  • Ability to learn and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Experience in e-commerce, mobile-gaming or growth a plus
