Customer Service Team Member Monica + Andy – Chicago, IL
Monica + Andy is looking for an energetic and empathetic Customer Service Team Member. Our ideal candidate is excited to join a growing start up business and is passionate about creating and delivering unique customer experiences both on and offline. A “creative doer” who relishes the opportunity to contribute beyond title and job description. This person thrives on a team that is always building, creating, and growing, and willsteadily deliver best-in-class customer experiences at every brand touchpoint. Expectations: can include weekday, weekend, and evening hours.
Customer Service Duties include but are not limited to:
- Answering customer service phone and engaging with customers
- Facilitating phone/email/online orders
- Responding to customer emails and messages in a timely manner
- Packing and Shipping Orders
- Helping assist in the store(s) with selling
