Develop, manage and utilize new tools for marketing measurement
Perform campaign response analysis to understand the sales lift & ROI associated with each program to aid in the development of future strategies
Integrate experimental design (DOE) best practices to ensure that marketing tests and experiments are setup and executed in an accurate manner

Director of Online Marketing and Customer Acquisiton @ Toymail
Work alongside the CEO and executive team to implement fundamental
growth, while determining the channels Toymail should focus on
Excellent knowledge of social media, SEO, content marketing and advertising.
Build successful user acquisition campaigns online and offline.
Use a data-driven approach to identify the highest possible areas of impact
across customer’s journey

Digital Marketing Manager @ Branded Online
Manage paid media campaigns and optimize based on pre-determined KPIs
Identify and implement strategies to increase traffic and conversions through SEM optimization
